We're so excited you're joining us for a week of yoga, adventure and unforgettable memories.

If you've travelled with Mana before, welcome back. Seeing familiar faces return year after year is one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive, and I honestly can't thank you enough for trusting us with another adventure. 🤍

Our intention for this retreat is simple: to create a week where you can completely exhale.

A week filled with ocean swims, incredible food, meaningful conversations, laughter, movement, deep rest and a little adventure along the way. While you'll leave feeling refreshed, our hope is that you'll also return home with practical tools, rituals and yoga practices that continue supporting you long after the retreat ends.

Behind the scenes, every day has been carefully planned. Every transfer, class, meal and experience has been thoughtfully organised so you don't have to think about a thing. Your only job is to arrive, unpack, and enjoy every moment.

Nestled amongst the palm trees on Sri Lanka's spectacular south coast, Talalla Beach Resort is a peaceful beachfront sanctuary overlooking the turquoise Indian Ocean. Wake to the sound of waves, practise yoga with the sea breeze flowing through the shala, watch breathtaking sunsets each evening, and allow yourself to slow down in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Packing List: surfy, relaxed, barefoot luxury.

• 5 yoga outfits
• 2–3 swimsuits
• Comfortable warm-weather clothing (comfort over couture!)
• Sandals or slides
• Sneakers for adventures
• A lightweight long-sleeve shirt for extra sun protection
• Sunscreen, medications, toiletries and any personal care items you prefer
• Any prescription or preventative medications
• Please leave valuable jewellery and expensive items at home
• Credit card. Anything additional you purchase at Talalla Resort (extra nights, alcoholic beverages, extra spa treatments or bathhouse visits, ect) can be paid for directly to Talalla at the end of your stay.

Our Three Requests

1. Pack well

Sri Lanka is beautiful, but spending hours searching for sunscreen, medication or forgotten essentials isn't. Arriving prepared means you'll spend more time enjoying the retreat and less time shopping.

2. Let us know if you need anything

If you have dietary requirements, medical needs or special requests, please contact Patty directly at 0400 313 693 at least two weeks before the retreat. This is also the best number to contact during your stay.

3. Be present

One of the things guests love most about Mana retreats is how connected everyone becomes. Please leave mobile phones, smart watches and other electronics outside the yoga shala. We also encourage you to keep phone use to a minimum in shared spaces so everyone can fully relax, read, connect and unwind. Trust us, it's one of the best gifts you'll give yourself.

Arriving in Sri Lanka

Please fly into Colombo (CMB). We'll arrange your airport transfer once we receive your flight details. Most international flights arrive late at night, so don't worry—Talalla Beach Resort is very experienced with late-night arrivals. A member of the resort team will be waiting outside arrivals holding a Mana Yoga Retreat sign.

Arriving Early?

Amazing! I'll be at Talalla from 14 October 2026 so you can hang early with me. if you're exploring Sri Lanka beforehand pleae arrive for lunch and a property tour at 12:00 pm on 16 October 2026.

Our Itinerary

Our itinerary is available online, although some experiences may change depending on weather or local conditions. If Mother Nature has other plans, we'll simply replace the activity with something equally wonderful.

Sometimes those unexpected moments become everyone's favourite memories.

Travel Insurance & Visas

Travel insurance and the appropriate travel visa are compulsory for all guests.

Insurance protects you in the unlikely event of illness, injury, travel disruption or cancellation. As a small business, we're unfortunately unable to provide refunds for circumstances outside our control.

Nourishing Food

One of the highlights of Talalla is the incredible food. The resort sources fresh local produce from nearby markets and fishing villages, while many herbs and spices are grown organically on the property. If you have any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences, please let us know before arrival so we can ensure you're well looked after.
