Let’s ski! Nestled at the base of Niseko Mountain in Hirufu Village is one of the world’s top powder locations. Mana Yoga Retreats has gathered the best of Niseko restaurants, trails, onsens and bars to bring you Yoga Snow Japan 2026.
LOCATION Once you arrive in Sapporo everything for your all inclusive week of skiing and yoga is organised for you. You will be picked up in our private mini bus for a 2 hour ride to Mana Yoga Retreat’s lodge in Hirafu, a 5 bedroom Chalet that sits at the base of the mountain. Our large 5 bedroom chalet is nestled amongst the hustle and bustle of Niseko’s busy cafes, bars + shops. Just finish your breakfast and grab your board/ ski’s and head out the front door and up the street to the gondola. On your way back to the chalet stop of for an aprés ski drink at the many architecturally designed Niseko bars.
SKI & YOGA Our mission is to take you deeper into your yoga practice with a relaxed class style that will allow your body to strengthen and thrive in every pose. Each morning we gather in the living room and begin our day with movement + guided meditation. We'll move with a focus on twisting, warming the spine, and firing the appropriate muscles for your day of skiing. Evening classes will include Yin Yoga to work into your joints and connective tissues, followed by a guided relaxation. This combination will provide deep restoration after your day of skiing or snowboarding.
EAT Breakfast + dinner during your stay is included. We find most people prefer to get lunch on the mountain or in town. Breakfast is healthy, protein packed and typically a western style menu with fresh made frittatas, eggs, fruit and grains. Most dinner’s we enjoy out in town so we can experience the flavours and vibe of Japanese culture. On busy ski days dinner will be catered at the lodge. Healthy snacks, tea and coffee are included and available at all times in the kitchen. Dinner’s out in town are included in the cost – alcohol is purchased by you.
Aprés Ski involves a relaxing yin yoga class to prep us for the following ski day, a glass of wine while taking in the views of the Mountains, relaxing with spa treatments, and exploring Hirufu Village at your leisure.
This retreat is for the snow lover craving a ski holiday! The laid back, activity seeker who enjoys good food, stunning scenery and a physically active holiday. For the long lost friends who want a healthy week away doing something different. This is trip is for the laid back traveler.

We support you in the following ways when booking one of our yoga retreats:
+ Retreats in Australia: Never lose your deposit or full payment if you notify us of a cancel or change to your booking 90 days before the start date of the retreat. We will credit your account to attend a retreat within 12 months of your original purchase date.
+ All monies paid will be credited to another retreat to be used within 12 months if you make changes to your booking on or before 90 days out from the start date of the retreat.
+ Our recommended travel insurance provider Covermore’s comprehensive travel insurance will support you in the event of cancellation by you, injury or sickness for you and your family if you need to make changes within 90 days of your booking. The Bunker Room: The traditional ski experience! Share a room with other travellers in either a top or bottom bunk with a full size single mattress and fluffy white bedding. This room has a large shared bathroom with 3 sinks, 2 toilets and two showers. $3670 pp
Twin Share Room: This generous size room includes two single beds & private ensuite. 2 people per room. Perfect for the solo traveler or couple (will make a king). $3870 pp
