Welcome to our Queenstown Ski + Yoga Retreat, and thank you for booking with Mana! Before you arrive we have a few details to share + some to collect from you. Please read the below information thoroughly.  

Our mission is host a fun and enriching week of immersing in Mother Nature's winter wonderland, while also providing you with necessary tools to carry your yoga practice with you when you step off the mat.

In the background, we have every day organised by the hour. This helps us provide you with the best experience so that you enjoy every moment of your retreat.

Pre-Ski Yoga Videos + Packing List

I have made you a special library with yoga videos I chose to help prep your body for skiing and snowboarding. In this library there is also a packing list. You will need to sign up, however enter the code QTSKI for free access.

Our Three Requests

1.

Pack appropriately so you can maximize your time + enjoy our itinerary.

2. Contact Patty directly on 0400313693 with any special requests at least 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

3. Mobile phones are to be left away from the dining table at all times. Please limit phone use around common areas for those reading and relaxing with a wine. We just started doing this at retreats and everyone has a much more enjoyable experience. 

Check In + Airport Pick Up

- Check in at the Historic Stone Lodge is 3pm and located 47 Hallenstein Street, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand
- Airport Pick Up: August 23 at 3pm
- Airport Return: August 28 at 10am
- A Whatsapp group with all guests will be created to assist us all throughout the trip

Patty will pick you up in our private Mercedes ski van. Patty's mobile phone 0400313693 will be on. Should your flight get delayed or arrive early please get a taxi to our lodge, it will be a 10-15 minute drive into town.

It takes a really big team for the property manager to get the property ready for guests. Because of this we are unable to offer early check in's, however you are welcome to drop your bags to our second cottage one street over where we set up the yoga studio. 

Daily Ski Shuttle

Patty will run a private shuttle at 8:30am each morning to Coronet Peek departing at 3pm.
Driving up to The Remarkables is - well - a bit hairy! If you would like to check it out one day you can easily catch a shuttle from down the street.

Exploring
Our itinerary will be finalised in a few weeks. Patty is heading over to Queenstown early August to finish off all of the details. 

Domestic Travel Insurance is compulsory in the event of sickness, injury, ect... Click Here to explore our recommend insurance provider however please research other companies and plans that will work best for you.  

By attending this retreat and entering any premises where Mana Retreats are held we assume all customers are in compliance with Covid-19 guidelines. 

Food

The menu is healthy and delicious, GF + DF where possible. Please let us know of any allergies, intolerances or dislikes ASAP. We cater breakfast + dinner. Lunch will be on your own schedule on the mountain. The fridge will always have snacks and sandwiches. All food on this retreat is privately catered, so you can expect the best.

Alcohol

Apres Ski is one of the best parts of a ski trip! We will have a beautiful local Pinot Noir. You are welcome to bring any addition wine or beer. Mindful consumption is mandatory and excessive drinking is not tolerated.
