6 Week Summer Set Yoga Challenge with Patty.
Commit to a healthy mind and body with 6 strong yoga classes all theming in different skills. Each class will be 70 minutes; 60 minutes of physical practice followed by a 10 minute meditation. January 2018 Summer Set Yoga challenge has begun, please inquire for future dates.

1 – Vinyasa Power Flow. The art of continuous moment paired with breath flow.
2 – The 5 Bandhas. What are they and how do they make you stronger in your postures?
3 – Inversions. Learn to incorporate headstands ect… throughout your practice, not just at the end.
4 – Vinyasa Power Flow. Tying in class 2+3 teachings. Feel the difference in how you move.
5 – Backbends. Which muscles need to open, and which need to strengthen to get you into wheel?
6 – Balance humbly. To be strong you must also be grounded. Our last class ties it all together.
